Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We understand that things happen, and we’re not satisfied unless you are. Our Refund & Exchange policy is in effect for 30 days after your item has been received. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you’d like to return something please make sure the item(s) are eligible for a return.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Your request must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  2. Item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Once this is confirmed, feel free to contact our Customer Support Team by email here and be sure to include the information below and we’d be happy to arrange a return for you.

Return Process
You will need to ship back to us your unwanted item. You may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping label for a flat package convenience fee of $8.00.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. Please note that return shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items will be not need to be returned to us, instead you will be asked to provide photos of the problem.

 

Exchanges

You can exchange your apparel for a new size or color of the same item anytime within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, we will not be accepting returns in used condition. All returns must be in new condition.

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team by email here and be sure to include the information below and we’d be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Exchange Process
You will need to ship back to us your unwanted item. You may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping label for a flat package convenience fee of $8.00. Shipping of exchanged items to you is provided at no charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and delivery of your replacement item.

Exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective items will be not need to be returned to us, instead you will be asked to provide photos of the problem.

If you are return shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges that require shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
